Situated within a charming heritage building facing the Victoria Barracks, the Dolci Firme boutique on Oxford Street in Paddington NSW saw us continue our Italian heritage inspired concept which led the design for the company’s Eastland boutique.
In highlighting the qualities of luxury craftsmanship in the company’s products, the POS station was finished with handstitched leather. The station sits on a stone plinth, looking out towards various blackened steel shelves and rectangular plinths – of which the forms and display methods are reminiscent of sculpture exhibits. The bespoke seating was finished with the playful tactile textures of kangaroo fur and tan leather, all resting on top of light grey stained oak timber flooring. Through our sculptural display methods and choice of finishes, we aimed to retain a quality of warmth and intimacy in exhibiting the company’s luxury product.
